This is encoding in 13-digit number which is divided in five parts separated by a hyphen or a space. First part containing three digits is European article number for giving a code to product; the second part is group identifier containing a single digit containing the country code. Third part is assign to encode publisher’s details uses six digits; Fourth part is for title given to product occupies two digits and the last part containing a check digit.

2. 2D Barcode: A 2D barcode stores much amount of data in it and are mostly used in all industries.
